The NETSCI 2015 Organizing Committee has selected a number of hotels in different categories in main areas of Zaragoza- most of them conveniently located on major transportation routes and accessible by public transport. Special rates have been secured for Congress participants by the Committee.

Single room: double room for single use Double room: double room for double use- All cancellations or changes must be sent to GRUPO PACIFICO in writing (fax or e-mail: / +34 976 280 740)
- Any change of name will be dealt with as a cancellation and a new booking
- Cancellations received up to February 3rd 2015: full refund less € 50 for administrative costs.
- Cancellations received up to February 4th 2015 to March 2sd: penalty of one night's hotel.
- No refund will be made for cancellations received after March 3rd 2015. In case of “no show” hotel will cancel the room automatically next morning at 9:00h, and no refund will apply for participants who fail to attend.
